What an interesting adventure we had with our buddies last Friday. We went to Kowhai park to view the Monarch Butterfly garden. There were lots of butterflies flying around and some landed on us! There are lots more waiting to hatch. Take your family for a vist there soon.We are now going to find out more about the life cycle of a butterfly.
Butterflies are amazing. We have loved having them in Room D. Has your chrysalis hatched out yet?

Grace loves to visit the butterflies at the park. she was so lucky to go with her buddy class. Grace has taught her family how to tell if it is a boy or a girl butterfly.
ReplyDeleteIt was such a hot day on Friday wasn't it Room F. I never even knew that Kowhai Park had a Monarch Butterfly Garden. I really enjoyed discovering it with you all. I wonder how many butterflies have hatched during the week since our visit. Have fun learning about the Monarch Butterfly's Life Cycle. Mrs Patching:)
